About the Brand
Original
Since The
90s.
We make tees for people who grew up on Doordarshan static, cassette rewinds, and chai that was too hot but you drank it anyway. This is streetwear for a decade that refuses to end.
Where Nabbe Comes From
नब्बे. Ninety. The decade. If you know, you know.
We're a small streetwear brand out of Noida, built around a simple idea: that 90s India had a visual culture so specific, so vivid, and so completely its own that it deserves to live on cotton.
Bollywood poster typography. Doordarshan test cards. Pressure cooker whistles and All India Radio jingles. The particular green of a government bus. The smell of a new Phantom comic. This is the archive we design from.
Every tee is made to order — no excess inventory, no fast fashion waste. Limited drops, premium Indian cotton, printed and shipped from India. When a design sells out, it's gone.
"We didn't start a brand. We started a record of a decade that shaped everything — and printed it on a tee."
Nabbe is run by one person in a Noida flat with too many reference books and not enough shelf space. Every design starts as an obsession — a film, a phrase, a memory — and ends as something you can actually wear.
Don't Just
Wear It.
Mean It.
01
Culture, Not Trend
We don't chase what's hot. We dig into what's real — the films, the streets, the references that actually meant something. Our designs have a point of view.
02
Limited By Design
Small drops. No restocks. We'd rather make fewer things that matter than flood the market. When something sells out, it stays sold out — and that's the point.
03
Made In India
Heavyweight Indian cotton. DTG printed locally. Designed in Noida and shipped from here. The whole thing stays on this side of the border, on purpose.
The Decade
That Made Us
Doordarshan Era
One channel. One remote. The national anthem at sign-off. A visual grammar that defined an entire generation's relationship with the screen.
Bollywood Maximalism
Hand-painted hoardings. Interval bells. Songs that played on every radio, every shop, every marriage. Cinema wasn't entertainment — it was atmosphere.
Street-Level India
Autorickshaws with film posters. Chaat carts under neon. The visual noise of a city waking up and not knowing yet what it was going to become.
The Sound of It
Vividh Bharati. Rewound cassettes. The particular static between stations. Sound that didn't stream — it arrived, and you made do with what you got.
